The organization’s mission is to build a strong and vibrant African women and youth who will affect their generation positively, economically, socially and politically on continental Africa or in the diasporas. To help train the less privileged women and youth in putting their skill to use for the good of the entire nation.

OBJECTIVES AND GOAL

1. The movement’s primary goal is to help the less privileged women and youth of Africa and Africa in the Diaspora, Europeans with Africa descent to discover their potential and put their skill towards the development of the African continent.
   
   
2. To work in close relation with partner organizations that can provide local expertise, support, and resources wherever possible.
   
   
3. To develop their educational and economical skill.
   
   
4. Increase their awareness through access and use to Information communication technology (ICT).
   
   
5. Organizes workshops and seminar for women and youth that will help give their career a lift.
   Initiate programs that will make the Youth and Women to be committed to change in their community, either politically or economically by encouraging them to be participants in the decision making process, as well as fulfilling their civic responsibility.
   
   
6. Alleviation of poverty by creating an atmosphere through counseling in helping the women to consider self employment as an option in choosing their career.
   
   
7. Organizes workshops and career counseling progammes that will help the African women and youth through participation in voluntary work internship.
   
   
8. The development of training manual on entrepreneurial skills on self reliance and youth leadership development.
   
   
9. Conducting research and formulating plans for improving the status of African women and youth through economic empowerment and vocational training
